Lead the Design: Provide process design leadership across diverse, multi-client projects, challenging conventional thinking and driving sustainable outcomes. Grow Your Expertise: Utilise your experience across the full design life cycle: process modelling, mass balances, P&IDs, control philosophies, and troubleshooting. Shape the Future: Actively contribute to our teams' digital delivery strategy, leveraging technology to provide superior client solutions. Mentor and Inspire: Step into a mentorship role, guiding the next generation of Process Engineers and helping them become leaders in their field.

About You
You are proven in the Water Sector, having substantial experience delivering process engineering design with a specific focus on either Clean Water or Wastewater treatment.
You are likely a Chartered Engineer with a relevant institution (or actively working towards this professional status) and a Collaborative Leader, thriving on working with clients and stakeholders to translate their needs into genuinely innovative and efficient process engineering solutions that exceed expectations.
Finally, you are a Digital Advocate, keen to contribute to digital delivery strategies and apply new technological approaches to project outcomes.
