projects or workstreams, helping to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with agreed objectives.
Key Accountabilities
Process & Change Delivery
Leads defined activities to gather and analyse information, data, and evidence to inform process Owns workstreams; facilitates workshops; manages artefacts/governance; proactive stakeholder comms; coaches analys analysis and transformation initiatives. Owns the development and maintenance of process documentation, supports testing activities, and contributes to the creation of user and change materials. Ensures project outputs, documents, and artefacts are accurately maintained, version-controlled, and stored in line with agreed standards and governance.
Project Delivery & Workstream Ownership
Delivers assigned workstreams or discrete pieces of work within transformation initiatives, operating with a high degree of autonomy. Manages and maintains project documentation, trackers, action logs, and delivery artefacts for owned activities. Contributes to the development and maintenance of project plans, milestones, risks, and reporting, highlighting dependencies and delivery impacts. Ensures project information is clear, accurate, and consistently communicated in line with agreed ways of working.
Meeting Facilitation & Coordination
Facilitates project meetings and workshops, including preparation of agendas, materials, and structured outputs. Actively manages actions, follows up with owners, and supports resolution of delivery blockers. Coordinates inputs, data, and materials across teams to support effective workshops, testing cycles, and implementation activity.
Stakeholder Engagement & Support
Acts as a key day-to-day transformation contact for stakeholders within assigned initiatives. Communicates progress, actions, and updates clearly and confidently to a range of stakeholders. Proactively identifies, manages, and escalates risks, issues, and interdependencies to Transformation Managers as required. Builds positive and collaborative relationships to support engagement and adoption of change.

Capability Development & Ways of Working
Applies established project management and transformation practices consistently and effectively. Acts as a role model for transformation ways of working, supporting colleagues through change using coaching techniques and structured problem-solving. Supports the development of Transformation Coordinators through informal coaching, guidance, and knowledge-sharing. Actively seeks feedback and development opportunities to continue building transformation capability and confidence.
