  • A sustainable future, leading the path to carbon neutrality and a circular economy in construction.
  • Digital transformation to create new opportunities for customers.
  • An open, transparent, and achievement-driven workplace culture.

The Role – Purpose & Impact

Based at Chipping Sodbury with hybrid working flexibility (remote days for non-site-focused tasks), you will join the Heidelberg Materials International Business Service Centre (BSC), delivering transformative change across global processes.

As a Senior Process Transformation Manager, you will:

  • Drive end-to-end process and systems re-engineering to support HM’s synergy targets and automation roadmap.
  • Redesign business processes to align with AI-driven, digital-first, and sustainable goals.
  • Challenge “how things have always been done,” reducing friction and simplifying operating models.
  • Coach teams, foster innovation, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure transformation is scalable, practical, and sustainable, with a holistic view of people, data, systems, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

1. Transformation Expertise

  • Act as a senior SME for process transformation, deepening understanding of current states and future-proof pathways.
  • Apply journey-based thinking to break silos and focus on value creation and business outcomes rather than functional dependencies.
  • Remove inefficiencies across end-to-end journeys by leveraging insights on in-country workflows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
