Senior Procurement Manager – Technology Procurement (Cyber Security or Enterprise Software)
£80,000–£90,000 + 20% Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Hertfordshire (2–3 days per week)
Talent Drive are partnering with one of the UK's leading consumer businesses to recruit two Senior Procurement Managers into an established and high-performing Technology Procurement team. These are strategic opportunities to influence procurement across a complex technology landscape, partnering with senior stakeholders and managing critical supplier relationships that support a multi-billion-pound organisation.
Opportunity 1 – Senior Procurement Manager | Cyber Security
We're looking for an experienced Technology Procurement professional with extensive Cyber Security category expertise.
You'll lead sourcing and category strategy across a broad cyber portfolio, working closely with technology leadership to deliver commercial value, innovation and supplier performance. The role includes one direct report. Previous line management experience isn't essential, making this an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take their first leadership role, provided you bring strong Cyber Security procurement experience.

Opportunity 2 – Senior Procurement Manager | Enterprise Software
This role is responsible for procurement across the enterprise software estate that underpins key business functions. You'll lead commercial activity across a diverse portfolio including enterprise platforms, ERP, HCM, Legal Technology, Finance systems and other business-critical software solutions, partnering with stakeholders across multiple corporate functions.

- Strong Technology Procurement experience within large, complex organisations.
- Expertise in either Cyber Security or Enterprise Software procurement.
- Proven experience leading complex sourcing projects and commercial negotiations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business leaders.
- A strategic mindset combined with a collaborative and pragmatic approach.
