Our client is a leading global technology-driven supply chain, logistics, and e-commerce platform, operating across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia.

As part of its long-term international growth strategy, the business continues to make significant investments across Europe and is rapidly expanding its logistics infrastructure and operational footprint.
Today, the company has established teams across the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands, and other European markets, with ongoing expansion plans across the region.
The Opportunity
This is a highly visible and strategic procurement position supporting the continued growth of the company's European logistics network.
The successful candidate will take ownership of sourcing and supplier management across warehousing, construction, and logistics services, while working closely with local leadership teams in the UK and Europe, as well as global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans across warehousing, construction, engineering, and logistics services
- Build and manage a high-quality logistics supplier ecosystem across the UK and Europe
- Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, contract negotiation, and performance management
- Drive cost optimization, service improvement, and long-term supplier partnerships
- Monitor market trends, capacity availability, and industry developments across the logistics sector
- Collaborate with teams across Europe and headquarters on regional procurement strategies and network expansion projects
Ideal Background
- Strong experience in logistics procurement, covering warehousing, 3PL, or logistics services
- Experience working within large-scale logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, transportation, retail, or industrial organizations
- Strong supplier network and market knowledge within the UK and/or European logistics sector
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier management
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with multiple stakeholders

Work Model
- Full-time on-site for the first six months, then 3–4 days per week in the office.
Compensation package is flexible and will depend on experience and seniority.
