Job Title: Senior Procurement Professional – Digital
Location: Glasgow, Scotstoun. Hybrid – 2 times a week on site . We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role
Salary: Up to £40,000 (DOE)

Job Description
Within this role you will play a central role in supporting day-to-day system use across the Supply Chain function, ensuring users can work effectively and issues are resolved quickly. You’ll collaborate across multiple teams, contribute to improving systems and processes, and support capability building through training, data insights, and ongoing user support.
Core Duties
Operate as a Helpdesk to support contract managers/approvers/requestor on the usage of the ERP Systems Assist co-ordinating a path to resolution for any issues within the ERP Systems or the process steps Undertake ad-hoc Data Queries and Data mining work to support the team, T26 Programme and Supply Chain Function Point of Contact for Supply Chain with other key stakeholders such as IMT, Engineering, Planning, Logistics, Operations, Project Controls Assist with system development & testing activities, as directed by the Supply Chain Manager Train new users in the use of key business systems (principally our ERP system) and associated processes and provide ad-hoc training and support to existing users as required

Essential Skills
Knowledge & experience in the use of ERP Systems (Enterprise Resource Planning) Proficient in the use of standard Microsoft packages Excellent communication skills with regular stakeholder management experience
Our Supply Chain Team
As a Senior Procurement Professional, you will act as a point of contact in our Supply Chain team to assist key stakeholders that encounter any issues with our business systems (primarily our Enterprise Resource Planning system). This is an excellent opportunity where you will become a Subject Matter Expert on our business Systems and have regular interaction with various parts of our Naval Ships business.
