ZeroAvia is leading the transition to zero-emission aviation by developing and certifying hydrogen-electric propulsion systems for commercial aircraft. Our mission is to enable a clean future of flight through innovative hydrogen fuel cell technology, advanced electric propulsion, and aerospace-grade engineering.

As we move from prototype development to certification and industrialisation, we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Procurement Technician to support the sourcing, procurement, and supplier management activities essential to delivering next-generation aerospace propulsion systems.

Role Overview

The Senior Procurement Technician will play a critical role in supporting the procurement and supply chain activities required for the development, testing, certification, and production of ZeroAvia's hydrogen-electric powertrains.

The successful candidate will work closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Programmes, and external suppliers to ensure materials, components, and services are delivered on time, at the required quality, and in accordance with aerospace and regulatory requirements.

This position is particularly suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced aerospace development environment and enjoys solving supply chain challenges associated with novel technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including purchase order creation, supplier quotations, order tracking, expediting and ERP system management to ensure material availability and programme delivery
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned suppliers, monitoring performance and supporting supplier onboarding, development and risk management activities
  • Support procurement planning for prototype builds, testing, certification programmes and production readiness, ensuring timely supply of critical materials and components
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to source technical products and services, interpreting drawings, specifications, BOMs and engineering change notices to identify suitable suppliers and manufacturing solutions
  • Ensure compliance with AS9100, quality and regulatory requirements by maintaining supplier documentation, material traceability and records required for certification and audit activities
  • Drive continuous improvement through supply chain development, cost reduction initiatives, process optimisation, supplier performance reporting and support for ZeroAvia's transition from development to production

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
