My clients UK-based Production team delivers award-winning live events, campaigns and brand experiences across the UK, Europe, Australia and North America, working with clients including Google, PlayStation, Nike and Porsche.
The Role
As a Senior Producer, you will lead the planning and delivery of complex projects from concept through to execution, acting as the key link between clients, internal teams and external partners. Working within a creatively led agency, you'll ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time and on budget, while maintaining the highest standards of creativity, production and client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of live events, campaigns and brand experiences.
- Act as the primary client and project lead, managing internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Deliver projects on brief, on schedule and within budget.
- Manage project finances, including budgets, forecasting, supplier negotiations and profitability.
- Lead production planning, risk management and operational delivery.
- Build strong client, supplier and cross-functional relationships.
- Mentor and line manage junior team members, supporting their development.
- Champion best practice across production processes, health and safety, and project delivery.

You'll Have:
- 5+ years' experience delivering live events, experiential or brand experience projects.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from brief through to delivery.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets of £500k+.
- Excellent project management, organisation and communication skills.
- Experience leading teams, solving problems and delivering under pressure.
- Knowledge of health and safety, insurance, permits and compliance requirements.
- A collaborative, proactive approach and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Previous mentoring or line management experience.
