Senior Conference Producer
Central London – Hybrid (3 days)
Invitation-Only C-Suite Events
£50,000 - £55,000 base salary + bonus
A well-established, invitation-only B2B events business is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Conference Producer to take ownership of senior, C-level content across a growing portfolio of live events.
The Opportunity
You will own end-to-end production of senior leadership events, working across sectors including cybersecurity, finance, marketing, data and technology, and building agendas around C-level audiences across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify, validate and shape commercially relevant event opportunities
- Lead end-to-end production of B2B conferences and senior executive events
- Develop compelling event agendas that address current issues for senior business leaders
- Identify, invite and secure high-calibre speakers, and maintain strong speaker relationships
- Work closely with sponsorship, delegate relations, marketing and operations teams to ensure commercial success
- Create high-interest event copy, social content and speaker/delegate communications
- Attend and deliver events onsite, including speaker liaison and relationship management
