- Salary: Circa £60,000
About the Role
Love entertainment? Thrive on big creative campaigns? Ready to lead work that audiences actually remember?
We're looking for an experienced Senior Producer to take the lead on ambitious AV campaigns for some of the biggest names in film and streaming. From blockbuster launches to award-winning series, you'll own projects from first brief through to final delivery, partnering with talented editors, creatives and clients to produce exceptional work.
This is a role for someone who combines creative instinct with commercial know-how. You'll be just as comfortable shaping ideas with editors as you are presenting to clients, managing complex productions and keeping multiple campaigns running smoothly.

- Leading end-to-end production across high-profile film, TV and streaming campaigns.
- Building trusted relationships with studio, streamer and entertainment clients, confidently presenting work and managing expectations.
- Partnering with Editors, Creatives and Operations to turn great ideas into exceptional campaigns.
- Driving creative quality throughout every stage of production, from brief to final delivery.
- Managing schedules, budgets, approvals and multiple deliverables without missing a beat.
- Supporting pitches and new business opportunities with creative thinking and production expertise.
- Working closely with resource and operations teams to keep projects running efficiently and profitably.
- Leading internal teams and external partners to deliver work on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
- Identifying challenges early and finding practical, creative solutions.
- Mentoring and developing junior producers, while helping shape a collaborative, high-performing production team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
