Senior Producer (Experiences) – Creative Change Agency
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days office-based)
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum

On behalf of our client—a certified Great Place To Work® creative agency—we are searching for a talented Senior Producer. Our client partners with top-tier global brands facing moments of massive transformation to create experiences, content, and live show moments that inspire real action.
In this role, you’ll be the critical link between high-level creative concepts and flawless technical execution. From C-Suite briefings to show-stopping experiential builds, you’ll lead the show team, shape the narrative, and elevate every delegate touchpoint. All within a flexible, human-centered hybrid setup (3 days a week in London).
What You’ll Bring
- Agency Production Mastery: Background as a Senior Producer in a creative/event agency, spanning technical production, digital media, film integration, print, and experiential builds.
- Technical & Digital Acumen: Deep technical know-how across AV capabilities, virtual platforms (Teams, Zoom, custom tech), and translating client ambition into bulletproof technical running orders.
- C-Suite & Executive Presence: Complete confidence leading rehearsals, messaging prep, and show execution with C-Suite executives and senior leaders.
- Risk & Supplier Management: Broad network of production suppliers, robust health & safety management, and a cool head for contingency planning under pressure.
- Commercial Acumen: Skilled in scoping, building, and protecting project budgets throughout the full lifecycle.

What You’ll Do
- Translate high-level creative briefs and brand stories into technical production orders and seamless show environments.
- Oversee end-to-end production across live, virtual, and hybrid formats (conferences, roadshows, experiential activations, and award shows).
- Work alongside Creative Directors, copywriters, and film producers to ensure brand consistency and maximum audience impact.
- Lead pitch contributions, client presentations, and stakeholder management.
- Mentor and inspire junior production talent, setting high standards across the agency.
