Crowd Network is one of the UK's leading podcast and digital content producers, creating award-winning shows that reach millions of listeners and viewers around the world. Our portfolio includes some of the biggest names in sport, entertainment and factual storytelling. We are launching For the Love of Golf, a new multi-platform golf brand fronted by leading talent and designed to become one of the most engaging golf destinations in the UK and beyond. We are looking for an experienced Senior Producer/Channel Lead to take ownership of the channel from launch and help shape its long-term growth. This is a unique opportunity to lead a new sports media brand from day one. Working closely with Crowd’s leadership team, you will be responsible for the editorial direction, content strategy and day-to-day production of For the Love of Golf. You will oversee content across YouTube, social media, podcasts and emerging platforms, ensuring that every piece of content supports audience growth and engagement. You will combine strong editorial instincts with hands-on production experience, leading shoots, working with talent, managing freelancers and helping build a high-performing content team around the brand. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Editorial & Content Strategy Lead the editorial development of For the Love of Golf across all platforms. Develop and execute a content strategy designed to grow audiences on YouTube, podcast and social channels. Identify content opportunities, series formats and audience trends within golf and sports media. Build content plans that balance audience growth, engagement and commercial objectives. Use analytics and audience insights to inform content decisions. Production Leadership Lead production from concept through to delivery. Produce and direct location shoots, including talent-led features and branded content. Manage production schedules, budgets and workflows. Ensure content is delivered to the highest editorial and creative standards. Talent & Team Management Work closely with presenters, contributors and guests to develop compelling content. Build strong relationships with talent and support them in delivering best-in- class content. Manage freelancers and production teams as required • Help recruit and develop future members of the For the Love of Golfteam. Audience Growth Work with Crowd's leadership team to establish audience growth strategies. Optimise content for YouTube performance and discoverability. Develop platform-specific approaches for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X and emerging channels. Stay ahead of developments within sports media, golf content and creator-led publishing. ABOUT YOU Significant experience producing digital sports content. Strong understanding of YouTube content strategy, audience growth and platform best practice. Deep knowledge and passion for golf. Experience leading productions from idea generation through to publication. Strong editorial judgement and storytelling skills. Excellent organisational and project management abilities. Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. Desirable Experience launching or growing a digital media brand, channel or content vertical. Experience in podcast production. Existing network of contacts within golf, sport and sports media. Experience delivering branded content and commercial partnerships. What success looks like A successful launch of For the Love of Golf across multiple platforms. Consistent audience growth across YouTube, podcast and social channels. High-quality, distinctive content that establishes the brand within golf media. Strong relationships with talent, partners and stakeholders. The development of a scalable content operation capable of supporting future growth. PACKAGE & BENEFITS This role can be based anywhere in the UK, however, travel to the Crowd offices in Manchester and on-location shoots will be required from time-to-time. The salary for the role is £60,000 - £70,000 dependent on experience. You will also get: Holidays: 25 days per year, plus an extra day for your birthday after two years’ service.
