Job Title: Senior Producer (Design)

Team: Design

Reporting into: Lead Producer

Working Model: Hybrid 2-3 days per week in Studio

Location: Here East, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London, E15 2GW

Position Overview

We are hiring a Senior Design Producer to elevate and accelerate design delivery across Football Manager. This role exists to bring assertive, pro-active ownership to the day-to-day execution of work across our UIUX, narrative, and game design teams (consisting of ~20 designers across multiple features & initiatives).

Following two challenging cycles we are looking for a highly organised, experienced producer who can ensure design work is clearly planned, communicated, and delivered predictably without compromising creative quality. On an annual release cadence, it is imperative that design lead the way early and that work is not allowed to drift or delay development. You will be accountable for ensuring design work is delivered at pace and is ready to enter production. You will ensure that dependencies and risks are surfaced early, and progress tracked with clarity and intent.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
