The modern studio is located in the vibrant technology hub of Cambridge (UK). This role is offered on a full in-studio basis or a hybrid basis (minimum 3 days per week in the studio). We can provide a comprehensive relocation support package as part of any offer, should you need to relocate.
What’s the Role?
We’re looking for a Senior Producer to join the team behind one of our most iconic creative management simulation titles.
As a Senior Producer, you will coordinate major areas of development and deliver compelling, high-quality experiences for players. You will also work closely with multi-discipline teams across design, art, animation, code, audio, QA and publishing and play a key role in driving features, content and improvements from concept through to release.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating development across significant areas of the project
- Supporting cross-discipline teams in delivering exciting features and content
- Utilising JIRA and other planning tools to organise, schedule, and monitor progress
- Creating and refining pipelines that help developers work efficiently and sustainably
- Maintaining trust and communication with internal teams, stakeholders and external partners
- Identifying risks and blockers and finding solutions to emerging issues
- Leading sprint planning, stand-ups and reviews
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a Senior Producer with at least two shipped PC or console titles
- Solid understanding of Agile development practices
- Ability to communicate confidently across all organisational levels
- Strong collaborator who can facilitate cross‑discipline teamwork
- Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
Bonus If You Have
- Experience with JIRA or similar production tracking tools
- An interest in management simulation games
