The Difference You Will Make
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Producer ready to take the next step in their career with KISS and KISSTORY. As Senior Producer, you will play a key role in shaping content, developing talent and delivering high-quality programming that resonates with audiences across multiple platforms.
You’ll contribute directly to the wider KISS content strategy, creating impactful ideas, executing them brilliantly and helping us grow our under-35 UK audience. Working closely with presenters, content leaders, social teams and commercial colleagues, you'll help ensure every piece of content reflects the energy, creativity and ambition of the KISS brand.
Your Role
As Senior Producer, you will lead the planning, production and delivery of engaging radio and digital content, supporting talent and driving creative excellence across the KISS and KISSTORY brands. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leading high-level content planning, daily production and studio direction.
- Producing live and pre-recorded programmes to the highest editorial standards.
- Supporting and developing on-air talent through coaching, feedback and direction.
- Collaborating with social and digital teams to create engaging video and social content.
- Making confident editorial decisions during live broadcasts and editing sessions.
- Generating and developing innovative content ideas that deliver audience impact.
- Leading and managing station-wide or network-wide projects and initiatives.
- Operating studio systems independently when required during live broadcasts and pre-records.

The Skills You Will Bring
- Proven experience producing high-quality radio content and working within a broadcast environment.
- A natural leadership style with a passion for developing others and creating a positive team culture.
- Strong creative thinking, idea generation and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent editorial judgement and understanding of audience-focused content.
- Advanced audio editing and production skills, including experience with Adobe Audition or similar software.
- Experience using digital playout and content management systems.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
Working Pattern/Location
As Senior Producer, you will be expected to work from the London studios. Working hours Mon - Fri 11am - 7.30pm (Flexibility with working hours is essential, with reasonable notice provided where hours need to change).
