We're working with an award-winning creative production agency looking to appoint an experienced Senior Producer to join its growing team.

This is a genuine senior hire for someone who can confidently lead complex, high-profile projects from brief through to delivery, while acting as a trusted partner to clients and a mentor to more junior team members.

Working across luxury, fashion, entertainment, arts and culture, you'll produce bespoke live experiences, VIP events and international activations where no two projects are the same.

What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of premium live experiences.
  • Build strong client relationships and lead meetings.
  • Manage budgets, timelines and supplier partnerships.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to bring ambitious ideas to life.
  • Mentor junior producers and help drive best practice across the team.

About you

You'll have extensive experience delivering complex, high-value live events, ideally within luxury, experiential, fashion, hospitality or cultural sectors. A confident client lead, you'll combine strong commercial awareness with excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Comfortable making decisions and presenting ideas, you'll remain calm under pressure, enjoy mentoring others and have a genuine passion for creating exceptional, original experiences.
