Senior Product Analyst – London Market Underwriting
Location: London (Hybrid)
Rate: £750/day
I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Product Analyst to join a major London Market insurer on an exciting Policy Administration System (PAS) transformation programme.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of underwriting technology, working closely with Product Owners, Underwriters, Operations and Technology teams to deliver innovative product capabilities across the underwriting lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading product discovery and defining user-centric solutions
- Shaping product roadmaps and prioritising backlogs
- Collaborating with Underwriters, Architects and Engineering teams
- Supporting the implementation of a new London Market PAS
- Driving improvements across risk capture, pricing, policy administration, endorsements, renewals and bordereaux processes
- Defining product success measures and delivering measurable business value

Requirements
- Strong Product Analyst/Product Owner experience
- Extensive London Market insurance knowledge (Lloyd's/Company Market)
- Hands-on experience with Policy Administration Systems (PAS)
- Agile delivery experience with Jira or similar tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- A passion for improving underwriting processes through technology
