Role Summary

We're looking for a Senior Product Analyst to establish our product analytics function and bring deep analytical rigor to product decision-making. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design on product planning, designing A/B tests, and creating analytics frameworks that enable data-driven product development.

Compensation: 90-110k (local currency)

Location: Remote across Europe with monthly Paris office visits (fully reimbursed)

About The Role

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of feature success, retention drivers, and long-term engagement patterns to generate actionable product insights and inform roadmap decisions
  • Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Design on product planning, bringing a data lens to ideation and concept evaluation throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Design and structure A/B tests to ensure statistical rigor, including experiment design, sample size calculations, and analysis of results using cohort analysis and causal inference methods
  • Create analytics frameworks and event taxonomy to maintain data quality, partnering with the data platform team to keep data sources clean and well-defined
  • Enable Product Manager self-service through tooling, documentation, and light-touch support, using AI tools and MCP integrations to turbocharge analyses and scale impact

About You

  • 5-10 years experience in product analytics or data science with deep familiarity with A/B testing, experiment design, and cohort analysis within platforms such as Mixpanel or Amplitude (mobile app experience is a plus)
  • Proven ability to apply behavioral and statistical analysis methods such as behavioral clustering, propensity score matching, and regression modeling to deliver actionable product insights
  • Fluent in SQL and Python with strong technical skills for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization
  • Strong product sense with ability to generate product and behavioral hypotheses from data insights and experiment results, translating business questions into structured analytical approaches
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate clearly around data insights, limitations, and approaches to technical and non-technical audiences, comfortable using AI tools to enhance analytical output
