Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic analytics partner within a product team, leveraging data to shape product strategy and drive measurable growth
- Analyze customer behaviour across full product journeys to:
- Identify user needs and friction points
- Spot growth opportunities
- Highlight areas of commercial impact
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests & product experiments using statistical rigor to inform confident, data-driven decisions
- Define product success metrics and KPIs, aligning business objectives with measurable frameworks
- Influence product roadmaps and strategic priorities by communicating findings clearly and actionably to stakeholders
- Collaborate with:
- Product Managers
- Data & Analytics Engineering teams
- Ensure seamless product instrumentation, tracking, and high-quality data
- Develop deep insights via:
- Segmentation
- Funnel analysis
- Cohort analysis
- Other advanced statistical techniques
- Present compelling visual narratives (e.g., in Looker, Tableau, Power BI) to help stakeholders interpret:
- Product performance
- Customer behaviour
- Business impact
- Champion a culture of experimentation & evidence-based decision-making
- Elevate analytical capability across product teams

Key Requirements
We’re seeking a data-driven thinker with:
Core Experience
- Proven expertise working with large behavioral datasets
- Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable product insights
- Proficiency in SQL
- Strong command of advanced analytical techniques, including:
- A/B testing
- Statistical hypothesis testing
- Result interpretation

Specialist Knowledge
- Experience defining product metrics and measurement frameworks
- Expertise in approaches like:
- Funnel analysis
- Cohort analysis
- Customer segmentation
- Capability working across cross-functional product teams with persuasion skills
- Meticulous attention to data integrity and quality control
Technical Proficiency
- Experience with visualisation tools:
- Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- Coding skills in Python or R for analysis
- Bonus points for prior experience with:
- Product Analytics platforms (FullStory, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
- Commercial product development
