About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join our agile Workday Security team. In this pivotal role, you’ll:
- Design secure, scalable, and audit-ready solutions across TJX Europe’s global Workday platform.
- Lead cross-functional discovery sessions while mentoring junior security analysts.
- Serve as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) guiding strategic security and product decisions.

What You’ll Do
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Workday Security Administration for a global enterprise, balancing day-to-day operational tasks with strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with security teams, product owners, and business partners:
- Gather requirements.
- Configure security settings.
- Support testing and audit readiness.
- Partner in backlog refinement for security features, defining acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and security impacts.
- Translate complex business processes into secure, compliant, scalable Workday solutions adhering to least-privilege principles.
- Drive functional and non-functional testing (regulatory, regression, access conflict, SoD validation).
- Ensure alignment with policy compliance, audit standards, and risk management.
- Engage with audit, risk, compliance, and release teams on:
- Access reviews, controls testing, access remediations, and production readiness.
- Documentation of all security protocols.
- Mentor junior analysts and enforce best practices in:
- Security configuration and governance.
- Knowledge sharing and documentation standards.
- Manage operational incident resolution and access request processes, including ServiceNow ticket handling.

Technical ExpertiseExpected
Workday Security Configuration
- Hands-on knowledge of Domain Security Policies and Business Process Security Policies (BP Policies).
- Authority over Workday Security Groups, including:
- Role-Based Security Groups (RBAC)
- User-Based Security Groups
- Aggregation Security Groups
- Segment-Based Security Groups:
- Creation, management, and documentation of segment access lists.
- Integration System Security Groups (ISSGs)
- Integration System Users (ISUs)
- Lead role design and assignment with rigorous constraints on sensitive data exclusion.
- Manage security for EIBs (Event-Based Integrations) and APIs, overseeing ISU/ISSG lifecycle and credential rotation.
Device & Access Management
- Configure and optimize authentication policies, including:
- Multifactor Authentication (MFA).
- SAML 2.0 and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations.
- Proxy Access policies for endpoint access.
- Support and troubleshoot Workday Mobile and user access issues.

Preferred Experience
- Workday implementation/rollout in global/multi-country environments.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks:
- GDPR, Works Council requirements, and regional standards.
- Function HCM module expertise across:
- Core HCM.
- Recruiting, Talent & Performance.
- Compensation, Absence, Benefits.
- Payroll.
- Familiarity with HR operations, compliance standards, and HR data protocols.
- Understanding of audit reporting, risk management, and security best practices.
- Workday Core HCM Certification.
About You
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent IT/Technical Credential (in IT delivery, security or related field).
- Deep Workday Security expertise in administering large-scale global environments.
- Proven proficiency in security architecture and configuration:
- Authorisation policy design (domains, BP Security, roles, and segment/group segregation).
- Resolve access conflicts and technical security errors.
- Experience conducting access reviews, compliance audits, and partnering with risk/compliance teams.
- Capable of building and executing testing strategies, validating solutions, and audit-ready documentation.
- Strategic problem–solving approach with the autonomy to drive outcomes independently.
- Exceptional stakeholder communication skills:
- Engage with technical and business communities seamlessly.
- Strong written/verbal articulation and document preparation rigour.
