The Company
A market-leading digital business is looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join its growing Product Analytics function. Working within a highly collaborative Product & Technology division, you'll help drive product decisions through experimentation, behavioural analytics and data science, influencing products used by millions of customers every month.
The Role
Joining the Growth Engineering team, you'll use product analytics and experimentation to improve customer experiences, optimise conversion journeys and deliver smarter personalisation.

You'll:
- Lead product analytics projects from problem definition through to recommendation
- Design, analyse and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation frameworks
- Apply statistical techniques and modelling to solve product challenges
- Analyse customer and user behaviour using rich event-level data
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing and senior stakeholders
- Support personalisation initiatives and audience measurement projects
- Deliver clear, commercially-focused insights that influence product strategy
This is a highly visible role where you'll combine strong technical skills with commercial thinking to drive meaningful product improvements.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong SQL skills
- Python (PySpark experience is beneficial)
- Experience in Product Analytics
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation
- Excellent statistical analysis skills, with exposure to modelling techniques
- Experience analysing behavioural or digital product data
- Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with web analytics or event-level data would be advantageous

The Benefits
- £60,000–£70,000 salary
- Annual Share Scheme (10% of salary)
- 28 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Up to 6 weeks remote working during the summer & additional remote working over the Christmas period
