A leading London Market insurer is seeking an experienced Senior Product Analyst to play a pivotal role in the transformation of its underwriting technology landscape. Working at the heart of a major Policy Administration System (PAS) modernisation programme, you will partner with underwriting, operations and technology teams to design and deliver digital capabilities that enhance the end-to-end policy lifecycle.

This is an excellent opportunity to influence product strategy, shape future platform capabilities and deliver meaningful improvements to underwriting processes across the London Market.

The Role

  • Lead discovery activities to identify business challenges, uncover improvement opportunities and define innovative product solutions across the underwriting lifecycle.
  • Partner with Underwriters, Underwriting Assistants, Operations, Compliance, Technology and Architecture teams to ensure products are aligned with business priorities and user needs.
  • Support the development of the product roadmap by evaluating business value, implementation complexity, strategic alignment and operational impact.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and process reviews to validate requirements, explore solution options and build consensus across multiple business areas.
  • Produce high-quality artefacts including user journeys, feature definitions, acceptance criteria, business cases and decision papers to support successful delivery.
  • Work closely with Product Owners and Agile delivery teams to refine backlogs, prioritise initiatives and ensure features deliver measurable commercial and operational outcomes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and third-party vendors to assess platform capabilities, integration requirements and configuration options within a modern PAS environment.
  • Define and monitor success measures including operational efficiency, data quality, user adoption, process improvements and business benefits following implementation.
  • Support solution validation through demonstrations, testing activities and stakeholder feedback, ensuring delivered functionality meets both business and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain robust documentation, governance artefacts and product decisions, providing clear traceability throughout the product lifecycle.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
