Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Builder based in United Kingdom.
Join a high-impact product engineering team focused on building innovative software experiences that help customers solve complex business challenges. In this role, you'll combine product thinking, user empathy, UX judgment, and hands-on technical execution to shape and deliver meaningful features from concept to release. Working in a remote-first, AI-enabled environment, you'll collaborate closely with customers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to rapidly validate ideas and iterate on solutions. This is an opportunity for a highly autonomous builder who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving real user problems, and wants to influence both product direction and engineering excellence while contributing to a fast-growing global platform.
Accountabilities
- Own complex product initiatives from discovery through delivery, transforming open-ended problems into high-quality shipped solutions.
- Collaborate with customers, technical stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify user needs, define success criteria, and prioritize impactful product improvements.
- Design, prototype, build, test, launch, and continuously refine features across the product experience with a strong focus on usability and quality.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining high standards for maintainability, architecture, and user experience.
- Review code, product decisions, and AI-generated outputs, promoting engineering best practices and reusable solutions across the team.
- Improve team effectiveness by contributing to product strategy, delivery processes, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Participate in on-call rotations and advanced support activities to ensure platform stability and operational excellence.

Requirements
- Proven experience independently delivering complex software products with ownership across product discovery, design, and implementation.
- Strong ability to combine product strategy, UX thinking, and hands-on engineering in a fast-paced development environment.
- Demonstrated experience working through ambiguity and turning broad business goals into practical, customer-focused solutions.
- Experience using AI-assisted development workflows to improve productivity while maintaining technical quality and sound engineering judgment.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, maintainability, testing practices, and scalable product development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to mentor peers, share best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement across engineering and product teams.
- Experience with workflow platforms, technical products, connector ecosystems, or product validation methodologies is considered an advantage.
