Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Product Compliance Manager to join the Assets Product Compliance team in the UK.
This is a hands-on opportunity to have an impact on Wise’s mission, grow as a product and compliance manager, and help save millions more people money.
Your Mission
In 2021, Wise launched the Assets product in the United Kingdom, a new type of account that allows customers to invest their money across asset classes (e.g., stocks or bonds) while retaining the instant-access and spend functionality of a current account.
You will work with our London-based product team to improve our Assets offering—globally and locally—through a keen understanding of regulatory requirements and regulators' expectations around investment products.
This is a first-line Product Compliance role, embedded in the Product team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
