Description
As Senior Product Delivery Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of strategic product and operational initiatives across SkyShowtime’s Direct-to-Consumer platform, supporting 22 international markets. Acting as the day-to-day business lead between SkyShowtime and our platform provider, you’ll drive cross-functional delivery, align stakeholders, manage platform dependencies and ensure business priorities are successfully executed across internal teams and our technology partner. This role brings together programme delivery, governance, operational excellence and product enablement, with a strong focus on stakeholder management, collaboration and organisational alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic product, platform and operational initiatives across SkyShowtime's Direct-to-Consumer platform.
- Drive alignment across product, engineering, marketing, commercial, operations, legal and customer service stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business priorities.
- Act as the primary delivery partner between SkyShowtime and our platform provider, managing dependencies, risks, timelines and stakeholder expectations.
- Facilitate prioritisation and roadmap planning processes, balancing business value, technical constraints and organisational objectives.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, delivery processes and reporting mechanisms to improve delivery predictability and transparency.
- Identify, manage and mitigate programme risks, issues and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Own delivery communications and executive reporting, providing clear status updates, recommendations and escalation management.
- Support go-to-market planning and operational readiness activities for new product launches, enhancements and platform releases.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery practices, tooling, governance and team ways of working.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
- Manage and develop a Product Delivery Analyst, providing coaching, guidance and support to drive individual and team performance.
- Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration and operational excellence across cross-functional teams.

What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in digital product management or product delivery functions within the video streaming / digital or subscription-based products is ideal.
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams and drive outcomes across multiple business functions.
- Experience designing and implementing delivery governance frameworks and operating models that support scalable and efficient execution.
- Demonstrated capability in roadmap planning, prioritisation, and dependency management, balancing strategic objectives with operational realities.
- Strong proficiency in risk, issue, and dependency management, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating delivery challenges.
- Experience coordinating product launches and go-to-market activities, ensuring readiness across business, product, commercial, and operational teams.
- Expertise in delivery reporting, KPI tracking, and performance management, using data and insights to drive continuous improvement.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with experience in process optimisation and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Experience delivering programmes across international and multi-market environments, successfully navigating varying regional requirements and stakeholder needs.
Where You'll Work
We operate a hybrid working model, with the team office based 2 days per week. To maximise the benefits of team collaboration we ask team members to be in the office on Mondays & Thursdays but offering flexibility is a core value of our team and business.

Your primary base will be in Osterley, on the Sky campus, a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Free shuttle buses are available, running to and from Osterley, Chiswick Park, Gunnersbury, Acton Town and Ealing Broadway tube stations. On-site parking, bike shelters and showers/changing facilities are also available.
