Life at UiPath

The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.

To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

Your mission

As enterprises prepare for an AI-driven future, the way people design, build, and run business processes is changing. At UiPath, we're helping shape this future by creating products that are powerful, intuitive, and grounded in real customer needs.

As a Senior Product Designer in UiPath's Supply Chain & Retail solutions team (formerly Peak AI), you'll help drive our latest agentic solutions. You'll shape how customers understand, trust, and adopt agent-driven workflows, translating complex operational reality into clear, dependable experiences that deliver measurable impact.

This is a high-leverage role. You'll help pioneer new ways of working, using the latest tools and techniques to shape our flagship features, while supporting our product teams as they iterate rapidly. You'll set the bar for design quality and consistency, and make strong, coherent design something the whole team can achieve at speed.

What You'll Do At UiPath

  • Own flagship features end-to-end. Lead the design of our most important and most novel agentic solution components — the high-craft, high-stakes work that sets the standard others follow. Translate intent into clear UX architecture, flows, and patterns, and prototype at the right fidelity to de-risk the build.
  • Design for agentic experiences that users can trust. Define how agents behave, explain themselves, escalate, and fail safely. Shape transparency, control, exceptions, approvals, governance, and the display of confidence and uncertainty, designing for systems that are a hybrid of probabilistic and deterministic components.
  • Help shape the future operating model of design. As designers move from producing every screen to stewarding systems, judgement, and behaviour, help us define how design works best in an AI-forward team.
  • Raise the whole team. Enable PMs and Engineers to produce strong, consistent UI themselves through reusable patterns, reference examples, lightweight guardrails, and hands-on coaching. Your goal is design quality that holds without design being in every loop.
  • Support our agentic design system. Partner closely with the UiPath design team to mature our new agentic design system. Contribute solution-specific patterns from Supply Chain & Retail back into the system, and spot where the system needs to evolve.
  • Validate early and iterate. Use research, usability testing, and product signals to improve adoption, comprehension, and task success, and to define what "good" looks like for non-deterministic, agent-driven experiences.
  • Stay curious and forward-looking. Use AI-assisted exploration and rapid prototyping to move faster without sacrificing craft, treating modern tools as leverage on judgement rather than a replacement for it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You'll Bring To The Team

  • Strong experience designing and shipping B2B/enterprise software, with a portfolio that shows end-to-end work across complex workflows and systems.
  • 5+ years of product design experience (or equivalent), with excellent proficiency in Figma and fluency in modern, AI-assisted design and rapid-prototyping workflows.
  • Experience designing data-rich and AI-enabled products, including a real understanding of how confidence, uncertainty, and trust shape user experience. For an agentic Supply Chain product, this is central rather than peripheral.
  • Strong product thinking and UX architecture skills. You connect individual decisions to the broader journey, information structure, and user outcomes, and you know what not to build.
  • A systems mindset. You think in patterns and reusable decisions, and you're energized by making your own judgment legible and reusable so others can apply it without you.
  • A multiplier instinct. You raise the people around you: comfortable coaching PMs and Engineers, encoding "good" into principles and examples, and enabling quality rather than policing it.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a desire to shape how things work, not just operate within a defined remit.
  • Clear communicator and storyteller. You can explain rationale, align stakeholders, and influence decisions through evidence, prototypes, and crisp narratives, including helping non-designers reason about AI capability and limitation.
