About the Role

Ocean Infinity is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team. For this position, you must show skills as a systems thinker who can contextualize problems within a larger ecosystem and deliver a focused impact while keeping track of the entire experience. You will support end-to-end UX Design initiatives for our corporate products – from concept to implementation and measurement – collaborating with Product, Engineering and Management teams to ensure that your creations leverage user insights, meet business goals, are technically feasible and delivered on time.

What will you do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute growth initiatives
  • Lead design process from concept to implementation
  • Advocate for user needs through user research and usability activities
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Develop relationships with global stakeholders and ensure cohesive product experiences

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, demonstrating proficiency in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications
  • Strong experience planning and conducting user research activities
  • Exceptional ability to deliver design solutions that grow the business area and create new value for members/customers
  • Thoughtful, thorough and conscientious; Ability to take ownership and engagement in the work;
  • Ability to work as a trusted advisor with senior stakeholders;
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Driven, proactive and able to work autonomously with little supervision towards the company's purpose;
  • Critical thinking and ability to show initiative;

Salary

  • Porto - Up to €60000
  • UK - Up to £80000

Salary: The salary varies for this position as we are recruiting in multiple regional locations and job grades. The salary process is based on skills, abilities, and experience required.
