Our Vision

Our vision is to give everyone the belief they can make their move. We aim to make moving simpler, by giving everyone the best place to turn to and return to for access to the tools, expertise, trust, and belief to make it happen.

We’re home to the UK’s largest choice of properties and are the go-to destination for millions of people planning their next move, reading the latest industry news, or just browsing what’s on the market.

We’re Seeking a Senior Product Designer

We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the Commercial domain, leading end-to-end design for a complex marketplace area, balancing problem framing and solution delivery with experiments that drive engagement, visibility and commercial performance.

The Role

As a Senior Product Designer in Commercial, you’ll lead design for a complex, multi-sided marketplace. You’ll work hands-on across discovery, definition and delivery, framing problems, generating evidence and designing end-to-end experiences that balance user needs with clear commercial outcomes.

You’ll work day to day with your Product Manager, a Product Designer in your domain, and your squad of engineers, supported by your manager, the Lead Product Designer for Commercial. Your immediate team of designers thrives on collaboration, constructive critique and shared learning, helping each other solve problems and grow. You’ll also connect with 30+ designers, researchers and content designers across Rightmove to share knowledge and maintain design standards.

This is a hybrid role: 2 days per week in the Soho, London office and 3 days from home.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and lead design across discovery, research, delivery, and iteration, shaping the proposition while improving existing journeys.
  • Develop bold, visually compelling concepts that delight users and drive engagement, with a high standard of UI craft that sets the bar for quality across the team.
  • Plan, conduct, and apply user research across both consumer and professional audiences to frame problems, validate ideas, and inform design decisions.
  • Run experiments and small iterations to optimise search performance, conversion, and overall user outcomes.
  • Produce user journeys, flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate ideas and test solutions.
  • Design responsive interactions and patterns across search experiences, balancing trust, clarity, and commercial impact.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Content, Marketing, Legal, and external partners to deliver coherent, compliant experiences.
  • Work closely with other designers to maintain quality, consistency, and shared standards, while contributing to a culture of constructive critique and shared learning.
  • Ensure accessibility and champion inclusive design principles.
  • Document design thinking and decisions to support delivery and cross-team alignment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
