About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer at ENSEK, you’ll own end-to-end design leadership for core B2B platform areas. Key responsibilities include:

Shaping user journeys, workflows, and experiences—from discovery to delivery. Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to align design decisions with product strategy, customer outcomes, and business goals. Skying ENSEK’s design system by influencing architecture, cohesion, and scalability. Mentoring colleagues, refining team standards, and applying AI tools to streamline workflows. Balancing existing platform requirements and new product growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Design Ownership

    • Define and execute full-product-area experiences (not individual features)
    • Create polished, measurable journeys and flows
  • Strategic Design Alignment

    • Connect design choices to product, customer, and business outcomes
    • Collaborate with teams to define, validate, and deliver high-impact solutions
  • Design System Leadership

    • Influence component architecture and consistency across the platform
    • Work with Lead Designer to bridge experience strategy with execution
  • AI-Driven Workflows

    • Leverage AI for rapid exploration, feedback synthesis, and concept modeling
  • Scalability Focus

    • Drive improvements in usability and efficiency via rigorous iteration

Requirements

Proficient in:

🔹 Designing full product areas beyond single features 🔹 Translating design trade-offs to stakeholders (Product/Engineering) 🔹 Design systems, component depth, tokens, and scalable architecture 🔹 Refining UI craft and consistency standards 🔹 Applying AI tools across the design process 🔹 Mentoring other UX professionals 🔹 B2B SaaS or enterprise experience (Discretionary: Regulated or data-heavy domains like energy)

Aptitude assessed in: ✅ Fast-paced, product-driven environments ✅ Precision in execution
