👀 The Role
Title: Senior Product Designer
Team: Product Design
Location: United Kingdom, remote.
As a Senior Product Designer at Midnite, you'll own end-to-end design across some of our most important product areas, partnering closely with Product Managers, Engineers and Researchers to create experiences that feel effortless for our players. From shaping early ideas through to polished, shipped features, you'll help solve real user problems, challenge assumptions and raise the quality bar across the product. This is a chance to influence not just what we build, but how we build it - evolving our design systems, improving our ways of working and helping create a product people love using!

You will:
- Own the end-to-end design process for key product areas such as Casino and Loyalty, from discovery through to launch.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and fellow Product Designers within a cross-functional squad.
- Translate customer needs, research, and business goals into intuitive, engaging experiences across web and mobile.
- Create high-quality UX, interaction, and visual design solutions that balance usability with exceptional craft.
- Evolve and contribute to Midnite's design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform.
- Work closely with Engineers throughout implementation to ensure designs are delivered to a high standard.
- Use experimentation, customer feedback, analytics, and research to continuously improve the product experience.
- Help shape the future of Product Design by contributing to design processes, best practices, and team culture.
The next Midniter:
- Has 6+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products across web and mobile platforms.
- Demonstrates a strong product mindset, always seeking to understand the "why" behind customer and business problems.
- Has excellent UI, UX, and interaction design skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Is highly proficient in Figma and has experience building or maintaining design systems.
- Uses customer research, analytics, and experimentation to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
- Collaborates effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and other designers within cross-functional teams.
- Thrives in fast-moving environments, balancing speed with quality while taking ownership of outcomes.
- Bonus if you have experience with interface animation or a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React.
