Senior Product Designer🌿Tech for good 🌍 - Fastest growing D2C brand in the UK - Central London/Hybrid
This is a rare opportunity to step into Senior Product Designer role, within a business whose work genuinely improves health, wellbeing, and quality of life. The impact is direct, visible and powerful.
The organisation was founded on a simple but powerful belief: That doing good and building a commercially exceptional business are not mutually exclusive. In practice, it has proven exactly that. The company has grown to UK market leader (No1 in their category) in just a few years. This is a company that combines deep purpose with clear execution, scale, and ambition.
The next phase is significant. European expansion is imminent, with the US to follow shortly after. While growth is accelerating, the business remains at a stage where Product Design can materially shape its future, not just how designs are shaped, but how the mission is delivered at scale.
Role details:
- You’ll take ownership of the overall UX and product design direction, shaping a coherent design language that sits at the heart of the brand.
- A key part of the role is championing best-in-class user experience for our customers, while playing a meaningful role in shaping both the product roadmap and how Product and Growth teams operate together. Growth, Retention and acquisition will be your focus areas.
- You’ll work closely with Product to define and evolve the digital product roadmap, ensuring customer needs are clearly understood and embedded into decision-making. This includes leading ongoing user research, surfacing actionable insights, and aligning teams around the most important problems to solve.
- The focus is on continuously improving key journeys, delivering measurable impact, and refining the product experience over time.
- Alongside delivery, you’ll play a key role in evolving the design system and design culture, building the right foundations to allow the Product Design function to scale effectively.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
