Fanalysis - powered by passion

Fanalysis - the home of real fan opinion. Football has a problem. Punditry is dominated by the same voices, while fan sentiment gets lost in the noise of fragmented social media. The people who understand the game best - the fans - have never had a platform that truly reflects them. We're building that platform. Founded by Michael McIntyre and Gary Neville, and launched in partnership with Sky Sports for the 2025/26 Premier League season, we enable verified fans to rate players, managers and matches - turning supporter sentiment into structured insight that powers media, content and conversation across the game. We don't amplify the loudest voices. We surface what real supporters actually think, at scale. We're already home to a fast-growing global community, with fan perspectives reaching millions. Backed by leading venture investors and working with major media partners, we're scaling quickly - with well-known figures from football and entertainment already part of the conversation. Our mission is simple: to make fan sentiment the most powerful force in football, and give fans the platform they've always deserved.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer to lead the design of our mobile app and site — the central space where fans express themselves, rate players, and shape the conversation around football. You’ll be responsible for crafting intuitive, delightful experiences that fans want to return to every day. From first-time onboarding to deep community engagement, you’ll design flows, interactions, and visuals that turn passive supporters into active fanalysts.

This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll work closely with the product, tech, marketing team and the user to turn insight into beautifully simple design. You’ll shape not just how the product looks, but how it feels and how fans connect with it.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in product and UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio of mobile-first products or apps
  • Thrives in startup environments: proactive, decisive, and comfortable moving fast with ambiguity
  • Obsessed with creating intuitive, joyful user experiences, especially in consumer or community-driven apps
  • Confident leading design from early concepts and wireframes through to polished UI
  • Able to drive the conversation: facilitates workshops, influences stakeholders, and brings clarity to ambiguous problems
  • Champions the voice of the user and ensures it’s represented in product decisions
  • Experienced in setting up and running user research and testing programmes, and in fostering a culture of continuous learning from users across the company
  • Thinks in flows, not just screens, and simplifies complex journeys into seamless, engaging experiences
  • Strong visual design instincts with high attention to detail, balancing creativity with usability
  • Fluent in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, FigJam, Protopie or equivalents)
  • Comfortable balancing craft with pragmatism, knowing when to ship and when to perfect
  • Excited by football culture and motivated to build something fans genuinely love
  • Bonus: experience designing social, gaming, or sports tech products with interactive or gamified elements
