We're building an AI Front Office that autonomously runs businesses. Working alongside technical founder Kai Feller (previous company was UK’s largest bootstrapped exit of $300m), we're assembling an elite founding team that moves fast and gets things done.
This is our first dedicated design hire, and the person who will define how everything we build looks and how intuitive and effortless it is to use. You’ll own product design end-to-end, from user research to the last shipped pixel, turning complex AI workflows into interfaces that feel effortless. There’s no design system to inherit, no research playbook, and no component library - you’ll build all of it from scratch and set the bar for craft across the product.
What you’ll do Own design end-to-end - Product design across our entire user-facing platform, from first sketch to shipped pixel. Make the complex feel simple - Translate intricate, AI-driven workflows into configurable & intuitive polished interfaces. Get close to the user - Run research end-to-end (interviews, usability testing etc) to understand how small businesses really think and work. Build the foundations - Define our design language, create the design system and then be the guardian, making sure engineers implement it pixel by pixel. Ship at pace - Work alongside our engineers to get high-quality product into users’ hands fast.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
