Senior Product Designer

A career at Booksy means you’re part of a global team focused on helping people around the world feel great about themselves, every day. From empowering entrepreneurs to build successful businesses, to supporting their customers in arranging ‘me time’ moments, we’re in the business of helping people thrive and feel fantastic. We’re an ever-changing scale-up where things are still being defined. If you thrive in stable environments with big budgets and clear processes, we’re probably not the right fit. However, if you’re energised by bringing clarity to ambiguity, solving problems inventively, and charting your own path forward, you’ll likely love it here.

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Designer to join our growing design team at an exciting time. As Booksy evolves to become a design-led organisation, you’ll play a key role in shaping both the products we build and how we build them. You’ll work as a solid individual contributor, taking ownership of complex product challenges from discovery through to delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to ship experiences that balance user needs with business strategy. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves with urgency, and is energised by the opportunity to establish design excellence whilst doing excellent design work.

What you'll do

Discovery and strategy

  • Lead discovery work to deeply understand user and business problems
  • Synthesise research, data, and insights into clear design opportunities
  • Define and articulate design vision that aligns with product and business strategy
  • Partner with product and engineering to shape roadmaps and prioritisation

Design and delivery

  • Own end-to-end design for significant features and experiences
  • Create high-quality designs across the full spectrum - from early concepts to polished, production-ready work
  • Prototype ideas to test hypotheses and validate solutions quickly
  • Design and run experiments to inform decision-making and measure impact
  • Work within and contribute to our design system
  • Ship work iteratively, measuring impact and refining based on outcomes
  • Collaborate effectively with engineers throughout implementation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
