Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) - Sportsbook & Sports Betting

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) specializing in Sportsbook & Sports Betting to lead end-to-end product design across our web and mobile applications, converting intricate sports betting mechanics, live odds, dynamic bet slips, and micro-markets, into seamless, intuitive, and engaging player journeys.

Location: St Julian's, Malta/Stockholm, Sweden/London, UK (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process from early-stage discovery, wireframing, and user flows to creating high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes for both iOS/Android apps and web platforms that align with our brand and product vision.
  • Integrate emerging AI tools and generative workflows into your research, ideation, and prototyping processes to speed up decision-making and validate concepts faster.
  • Conduct qualitative user research, evaluate player analytics, analyse heatmaps, and translate behavioral insights into frictionless user experiences for both novice and seasoned bettors.
  • Maintain, scale, and evolve our Design Systems and UI component libraries, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and visual excellence across all touchpoints.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define requirements, refine application logic, and work closely with developers to ensure accurate, pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
  • Run A/B tests and leverage post-launch performance metrics to continuously optimize key conversion funnels, onboarding flows, and bet retention loops.
  • Stay ahead of global iGaming trends, regulatory UX nuances, competitive sportsbook features, and emerging interaction design patterns in live sports.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
