Senior Product Designer: Product Excellence at Moneybox
hackajob is collaborating with Moneybox to connect them with exceptional professionals for this role.
About Moneybox
At Moneybox, our mission is to give everyone the means to get more out of life. We're guided by our belief that wealth isn't about the money, it's about the means to more—more freedom, opportunities, possibilities, and peace of mind.
Moneybox is an award-winning wealth management platform, helping over 1.5 million people build wealth throughout their lives, whether they're saving and investing, buying their first home, or planning for retirement.
The Role
The Product Excellence (PX) team owns the product experiences across Savings, Investing, and Pensions. Designs must be simple, trustworthy, and intuitive, even when financial products are complex.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead product design for new experiences and impactful improvements in this space. This high-ownership role involves tackling important, ambiguous business problems at speed while shaping solutions that drive clarity, confidence, and long-term engagement. You'll strive for impact, not just execution.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
