Senior Product Designer
Soho, London
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, Tues - Thurs
The Role
LiveScore Group is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the casino and promotions experience across LiveScore Bet and Virgin Bet.
Working within the Casino & Promotions product teams and reporting to a Lead Product Designer, you’ll focus on how users discover, engage with, and return to our products. This includes core casino journeys alongside promotions, rewards, and retention mechanics that drive ongoing engagement.
This is a hands-on role designing in a fast-moving, commercially driven environment, where small changes can have a meaningful impact. You’ll be solving behavioural and interaction challenges, balancing user needs with business goals, and continuously improving performance through data and experimentation.
You’ll work closely with Product Managers, researchers, and engineers to define problems, shape solutions, and deliver experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and responsible.

Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver design across key casino and promotions journeys, from discovery through to launch and optimisation Improve how users engage with promotions, bonuses, and rewards, making them clear, compelling, and easy to understand Design experiences that support retention and repeat engagement, using behavioural insight and user understanding Partner with Product Managers to define problems, challenge assumptions, and prioritise high-impact opportunities Work closely with your the Product Design team to shape solutions and raise the quality of work across the team Use research, data, and experimentation to validate ideas and continuously refine performance Design intuitive, responsive experiences across mobile and web (app-first) Facilitate workshops and design discussions to align teams and move work forward

Skills, Knowledge, And Experience
Proven experience delivering impactful product design work within a digital product team Strong UX and interaction design skills, with a high bar for usability, and craft Experience designing for engagement, retention, or conversion-focused products Comfortable working with data and experimentation, using metrics to guide decisions and improve outcomes Ability to balance user needs with commercial objectives in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills, able to clearly explain and justify design decisions Collaborative and pragmatic, comfortable working closely with product, engineering, and research Experience designing for mobile-first products across multiple platforms Familiarity with design systems and scalable design patterns An interest in, or experience with, game design, gamification, or player-driven mechanics is a bonus
