Senior Product Designer
Manchester | Hybrid (3 days per week onsite) - Permanent Employment
£60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + Private Healthcare
Looking for a role where you'll genuinely own products from idea through to launch?
We're working with a growing, PE-backed consumer business whose products are used by millions of members across the UK.
Their Product and UX team has grown significantly over the last few years, and they're now looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the next generation of digital experiences across multiple consumer brands.
This isn't a role where you'll only focus on research.
It isn't a role where you'll simply maintain a design system.
And it isn't a people management position.
Instead, we're looking for someone who enjoys owning the entire Product Design lifecycle - from understanding customer problems through to delivering beautifully crafted digital experiences, measuring their success and continuously improving them.
You'll also play an important role in mentoring other designers, helping raise the quality of design across the team whilst remaining hands-on yourself.
What makes this opportunity different?
- You'll have genuine ownership.
- You'll work alongside Product Managers, Engineers, CRO and Data teams to solve real customer problems - not simply take requirements and design screens.
- You'll be trusted to challenge ideas, influence product direction and create experiences that have a measurable impact on both customers and the business.
- If you enjoy seeing your work go live, analysing how it's performing and continuously improving it, you'll fit in well here.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
