About the Role

We are looking for an existing Senior Product Designer to help train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.

In this role, you’ll use your design expertise to:

  • Evaluate AI outputs
  • Provide detailed feedback to help refine the model’s aesthetic quality, usability, and creative excellence
  • Directly shape how the next generation of AI tools supports designers

This is a new and growing area for our company—focusing on teaching AI to better understand visual and design principles. At this stage, designers should:

  • Apply through our general core assessment
  • Complete a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design Once approved, you’ll access both:
  • General AI training projects
  • Design-specific projects, including:
    • UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluations (e.g. presentations, creative deliverables)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
