About The Role

As a Senior Product Designer on our North team, you’ll pioneer intuitive agency-across platforms for enterprise AI. We’re hiring a high-impact designer with a passion for simplifying complexity who can seamlessly bridge cutting-edge technology and user needs.

Ownership & Collaboration

You’ll be an authentic stakeholder, driving end-to-end design decisions and aligning with cross-functional partners—from product strategy to implementation. Your work directly impacts the users worldwide leveraging AI daily.


Key Responsibilities

Design Impact & Strategy

  • Define user experience opportunities that align with enterprise AI workflows
  • Design intuitive, scalable interfaces for agentic systems, balancing technical depth with accessibility
  • Lead research initiatives and translate insights into actionable design solutions

Hand-in-Glove Collaboration

  • Partner with product managers, engineering, and stakeholders to validate designs
  • Offer roadmap prioritization and help drive offset product clarity
  • Ensure faithful implementation of designs with pragmatic tradeoffs in mind

Craftsmanship & Systems Thinking

  • Set the highest design standards in UI affordance, usability, and scalability
  • Contribute to cohesive design systems and patterns for the North product suite
  • Unify visual harmony through typography, composition, and color

What You’ll Bring

Core Credentials

  • At least 4+ years’ digital product design experience. Portfolio showcasing process, systems thinking, and user-driven outcomes (e.g., ARRs, NPS, or engagement metrics).
  • Cognitive proficiency in AI and agentic systems—understanding model reasoning, multi-tool orchestration, and how to delegate agency responsibly to users.
  • Curiosity & experience with AI research: stay current on model trends, human-AI collaboration, and tools like LLMs/tooling.

Exceptional Fit

  • Research-first mindset: Rely on qualitative + quantitative data to inform iterations. Champion user engagement via testing and adjustments.
  • Scalable design skills in Figma with meticulous attention to craft. Craft standards, templates, and guidelines that enhance team productivity.
  • Technical partnership: Navigate architecture constraints and prototype user flows across AI-high fidelity tech stacks.
  • Remote collaboration: Articulate complex design decisions clearly to distributed teams.

Plus:

  • Prior experience with enterprise workflows or B2B tech.
  • Available for hybrid/siteless work (North includes US/remote/office options).

Our Compensation Philosophy

Binaries for salaries are tailored to base compensation and adjusted for locale. Factors include skill set, tenure, and organizational contribution.
