Description
Role Profile: Senior Product Designer
We are recruiting for a Senior Product Designer to join us ASAP for a duration of six months initially. This role is 2 days onsite per week in London Victoria.

Key Responsibilities, Skills And Experience
- Strong experience as a Senior Product Designer, UX/UI Designer or similar, with proven experience designing customer-facing mobile app experiences.
- Able to work across discovery and delivery, co-owning discovery with Product to understand customer problems, business goals, and opportunities.
- Confident using research and insight to inform design decisions, including usability testing, journey mapping, problem framing, and insight review.
- Able to translate customer insights, product requirements, and business priorities into clear, simple, and effective design solutions.
- Strong UI, interaction, and visual design skills, with the ability to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity app designs.
- Designs intuitive, accessible, and engaging experiences using an existing design system, while understanding where app-specific needs may require input or evolution.
- Able to simplify complex journeys and optimise existing features based on customer needs, product goals, and practical delivery constraints.
- Works closely with Product Managers, Product Owners and developers to shape requirements, align on solutions and support smooth delivery.
- Collaborative team player who works well with other designers, actively seeks feedback, and contributes to a strong design culture.
- Clear communicator who can explain design thinking, rationale, and customer insight to different stakeholders.
- Highly organised in Figma, with strong file hygiene, clear naming, versioning, component usage, and up-to-date designs.
