Job Opportunity: Senior Product Designer, Core UX & Mobile
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Designer, Core UX & Mobile based in United Kingdom.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a strategic role in shaping the foundational user experience across web and mobile platforms. This position focuses on creating scalable UX frameworks, defining reusable interaction patterns, and influencing the long-term evolution of a complex product ecosystem. Working at the intersection of design, product, and engineering, you will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across all experiences. You will have the opportunity to drive information architecture initiatives, champion user-centered design principles, and establish design foundations that empower other teams to build efficiently. This role is ideal for an experienced designer who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and creating elegant experiences at scale.
Accountabilities:
- Define and evolve the product's information architecture to ensure intuitive navigation, clarity, and consistency across web and mobile experiences.
- Establish and maintain core UX patterns and structural frameworks that serve as scalable foundations for product teams.
- Design end-to-end user experiences, managing projects from research and ideation through prototyping, validation, and implementation.
- Collaborate closely with design system teams and engineers to ensure solutions are technically feasible, reusable, and aligned with broader product standards.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve user experiences.
- Create scalable experience frameworks that support long-term product growth while maintaining consistency across different teams and initiatives.
- Advocate for usability, accessibility, and human-centered design principles throughout the organization.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by communicating design decisions, project progress, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Drive innovation and help simplify complex workflows through thoughtful interaction design and user journey optimization.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product design, interaction design, visual design, information architecture, or design systems within sophisticated software environments.
- Proven track record of designing complex digital products with a strong focus on intuitive and scalable user experiences.
- Deep understanding of design principles, typography, visual hierarchy, color theory, accessibility standards, and human-centered design methodologies.
- Strong expertise in information architecture and cross-platform design for both web and mobile environments.
- Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, FigJam, Framer, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern research platforms.
- Experience integrating qualitative and quantitative research into the design process and translating insights into actionable solutions.
- Good understanding of front-end technologies and emerging technologies, including AI-driven product experiences.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing design challenges.
- Professional proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Nice to have: experience in document workflow automation or document lifecycle management software.
