Role Description

The Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end product design for Limootorsh’s online platform in a full-time, remote capacity. This role involves translating customer and business needs into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces that improve the shopping, ordering, and delivery experience. The Senior Product Designer will collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and marketing to ensure consistent visual design, clear interaction patterns, and a cohesive design system. This role also guides design standards, mentors other designers, and uses data and feedback to iterate on features for both web and mobile experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong product design and design thinking skills, with experience owning end-to-end design for digital products.
  • Proficiency in user research and UX research, including planning studies, analyzing findings, and turning insights into actionable design decisions.
  • Expertise in visual design, with the ability to create clear, appealing interfaces and maintain a consistent design system.
  • Prior experience designing for e-commerce, food delivery, or marketplace platforms is beneficial.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment and communicate design decisions clearly.
  • Comfort with modern design and prototyping tools and basic understanding of front-end constraints.
  • Track record of mentoring designers or contributing to design processes and best practices.
