Description
Why DAZNBet?
At DAZNBet, we're on a mission to make sport more accessible to fans everywhere. We're a bold, ambitious and fast-moving business and our design team is at the heart of building experiences that millions of people around the world rely on every day. If you're passionate about craft, collaboration and making a real impact, this is the place for you.
The Role
As a Senior Product Designer at DAZNBet, you'll help shape the next generation of our Betting, Gaming and Streaming products. Working closely with international cross-functional teams, you'll design intuitive, effective and scalable user experiences that solve complex business problems, from refining design systems to optimising key user journeys.
You'll be embedded within a multidisciplinary team spanning UX, Product Management and Engineering, framing user needs and behaviours, defining optimal user flows and interactions, and delivering thoughtful, research-grounded design work that genuinely delights our users.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead end-to-end design across the full product lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery
- Shape product vision by collaborating with peers to identify opportunities, define desired outcomes, generate ideas and run assumption tests to drive prioritisation
- Craft beautiful, purposeful interfaces where aesthetic and motion work together using micro-interactions to enhance usability, not just appearance
- Build conditional prototypes to illustrate logic and gather real feedback from stakeholders and testers
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and agile ceremonies, partnering with Product Managers and Engineers to discover, refine and launch features
- Create detailed user flows and wireframes that clearly communicate UX decisions and the rationale behind them
- Track and measure impact through user feedback and data insights, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Maintain UX documentation covering design elements, patterns, layouts and user flows including usage guidelines and best practices

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
