About The Team
Our Energy, Transition and Environment business unit is pioneering meaningful change in the clean energy revolution. Our vision is to accelerate the transition to net-zero emissions and drive efficiencies for a new era of utility companies.
We believe that the responsible, and intelligent, deployment of AI is critical to the success of this mission. We partner with a wide range of clients - from major energy operators, to GreenTech startups, and national infrastructure providers - to build solutions which return measurable impact and move us towards a smarter, cleaner, and more sustainable world.
About The Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design of bespoke-build, AI-native solutions for our clients. Working with our expert machine learning engineers, data scientists and software engineers, you'll have a seat at the table from day zero to shape beautifully intuitive solutions in a highly complex area.

At a Senior level, we'll look to you to share best practice across the organisation and help continue to build the design capability and systems to match our exceptional technical ability.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the creation of complex, high-impact user interfaces that meet rigorous accessibility and inclusion standards
- Planning, conducting, and overseeing autonomous user research activities to synthesise insights that drive strategic design decisions
- Owning the development and delivery of wireframes, prototypes, and detailed designs for challenging problems
- Taking responsibility for evolving the design system to meet project and organisational needs and providing strategic guidance on implementation to engineers and peers.
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and effectively communicating design rationale to stakeholders, including senior leadership and clients
- Leading iterative design processes, encouraging experimentation and validation efforts to continuously improve product usability and user satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- You have previous experience designing for AI native products
- You've designed for, and shipped at scale
- Ideally you've worked in a consulting services environment
- You've demonstrated ability to influence product direction and wider product strategy
- You've contributed to design excellence beyond your immediate projects - establishing design systems, ensuring consistency, proactively sharing best practice
- You've lead iterative design processes
- You excel at collaboration and communication - facilitating cross-functional teamwork and clearly articulating design rationale to stakeholders
- You can demonstrate advanced expertise in design tools and methods, including AI tools, with ability to create high-quality user experiences and mentor others in their use
