About monday.com
monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most forward-thinking teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents onto one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-focused culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and stay ahead of the market.
About the Team
Our Growth group is on a mission to increase ARR by turning visitors into paying customers — and paying customers into passionate power users. We run rapid experiments, obsess over metrics, and chase the "AHA moment": that instant when someone truly gets the value of monday.com. The team sits at the intersection of engineering and product strategy, combining A/B testing, user activation, monetization, and performance optimization to drive measurable business impact. Unlike traditional engineering roles, here you'll move fast, iterate constantly, and see the direct results of your work on growth. We love people who've thrived in founding engineer roles or growth-focused teams at startups and scale-ups — full stack engineers who are equally comfortable diving into the frontend or the backend, and who bring a product mindset to everything they build.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
