As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll shape the user experience of a modern benefits platform that simplifies complex financial and employee benefits—cutting through corporate complications to serve thousands of people across Europe. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own core product areas from inception to delivery, partnership with engineering and product teams in a craft-driven, fast-moving environment. Opportunities exist to define foundational design systems, standards, and patterns that will scale across the product. If you thrive on solving complex UX challenges while building scalable design systems, this role offers creative ownership and significant influence.
Key Accountabilities
- End-to-end product ownership: Lead design efforts from early discovery to final implementation, ensuring seamless, intuitive experiences.
- Complex problem-solving: Translate ambiguous product challenges into clear user flows, interaction models, and intuitive design solutions.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering and product teams to scope, iterate, and deliver features at speed.
- Design systems architecture: Design and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, and consistent UX patterns across the platform.
- Quality advocacy: Elevate product quality through design critique, user-centric thinking, and meticulous attention to interaction details.
- Prototyping & iteration: Leverage modern AI-assisted tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) for rapid prototyping and validation.
- Strategic design contribution: Shape broader product strategy and future direction beyond individual features.
- Design excellence: Champion consistency, usability, and clarity across all touchpoints—collaboratively and independently.

Requirements
- Proven expertise: As a Senior Product Designer, with a background in B2B, fintech, HR tech, or data-heavy digital environments.
- Full-cycle ownership: Experience spanning discovery, UX design, UI design, and delivery—balancing big-picture thinking with granular execution.
- Systems thinking: Deep understanding of interaction design and scalable UX patterns.
- Design systems mastery: Hands-on experience in building and evolving component-heavy systems with a focus on reusability and consistency.
- Agile balance: Ability to pivot quickly while ensuring high craftsmanship, knowing when to iterate rapidly or refine precisely.
- Autonomy & initiative: Comfort leading design direction independently in fast-paced environments.
- AI proficiency: Familiarity with AI-assisted prototyping or development tools (e.g.,_cursor-based, code/collaborative AI).
- Results-driven portfolio: Showcase of product thinking, bold interaction complexity, and polished visual execution.
- Collaboration: Strong verbal/written communication skills, experience working across disciplines, and the ability to drive alignment.
