About Medify

Medify (medify.co) is a growing EdTech company helping aspiring medics become the doctors of tomorrow. We support learners preparing for the UCAT, GAMSAT, medical school interviews, A-levels, and more—giving them the tools, structure, and guidance they need to succeed. Backed by the mentorship of the NHS Director of Innovation, we're expanding globally and building tools to support clinicians throughout their careers. Our team of engineers, educators, and medics is reshaping medical education with a bold, Gen Z-friendly brand that stays professional and trustworthy.

You’ll be joining a small design team, currently consisting of two Product Designers, one Illustrator, and our Head of Design. You’ll be working within a small squad with your own Product Manager and set of Engineers. We use Figma to deliver designs, but rely extensively on vibecoding tools for mockups and prototypes. We’re not only using AI for internal processes but also shipping AI-powered features, which are non-deterministic in nature.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
