About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team and help shape intuitive, engaging, and customer-centric mobile experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives across both discovery and delivery, partnering closely with Product teams to deeply understand customer problems and translate them into simple, effective, and impactful design solutions.

You will play a key role in designing and optimising customer-facing mobile applications, working collaboratively with Product Managers, Product Owners, developers, and fellow designers to deliver high-quality experiences that balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Managers and Product Owners to co-own the discovery process, identifying customer problems, business objectives, and opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct and leverage user research, usability testing, journey mapping, problem framing, and insight reviews to inform design decisions
  • Translate customer insights, product requirements, and business priorities into clear, simple, and effective design solutions
  • Design end-to-end mobile experiences, from initial concepts through to delivery, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Create intuitive, accessible, and engaging experiences using existing design systems, whilst identifying opportunities for improvement or evolution where required
  • Simplify complex customer journeys and optimise existing features in line with customer needs, product goals, and delivery constraints
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Design, to shape requirements, align on solutions, and ensure smooth delivery
  • Communicate design rationale, customer insights, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels
  • Maintain excellent organisation within Figma, ensuring strong file hygiene, consistent naming conventions, version control, component usage, and up-to-date design assets
  • Contribute positively to the wider design community by sharing knowledge, seeking feedback, and helping foster a strong design culture

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
