Senior Product Designer

Senior Product Designer - United Kingdom

This high-impact design role is based in the United Kingdom and is offered through a partner company. As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape the user experience of a modern benefits platform that simplifies insurance, pensions, and employee benefits for companies and teams across Europe.

You’ll design complex financial and insurance workflows into intuitive, high-quality digital experiences, collaborating with engineering and product teams in a fast-paced, craft-driven environment. This role comes with strong ownership, creative influence, and the chance to define foundational design standards, systems, and patterns that will scale alongside the product.

If you enjoy tackling ambiguous UX challenges, crafting scalable design systems, and working in an environment where speed of execution meets precision, this role is for you.

Accountabilities

  • Own and design key product areas from early discovery to final implementation, ensuring seamless user journeys.
  • Translate complex product challenges into clear user flows, interaction models, and intuitive interface designs.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to scope, prototype, and launch features at high velocity.
  • Design and evolve scalable design systems, reusable UI components, and consistent UX patterns across the platform.
  • Improve product quality through user-centric critique, interaction refinement, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Prototype and iterate rapidly using modern AI-assisted tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to validate concepts and test solutions.
  • Contribute to broader product strategy and design direction, shaping the platform’s future beyond individual features.
  • Advocate for design excellence, ensuring clarity, usability, and consistency across all user touchpoints.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
